Was dropped from the sharechat BB because I made some comments about the BOD, Timis, Bengura etc. I am a past AML ExCo member (left of my own accord as I could see this train smash coming). Happy to assist where I can .

Thanks DucatiBiker. All help is appreciated especially that big questions are still not answered. Many PIs here have lost their hard earned cash due to no fault of their own. I was mislead and deceived under the protection of the British regulators. I'm not the mosy knowledgeable but I'll do my best to help.

Key Point Claims could be made under the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 against Cattles and its directors in relation to misleading statements in the rights issue prospectus and against Cattles (but not directly against its directors) in relation to the market announcements. Claims could also be made at common law or under the Misrepresentation Act 1967 against Cattles and Welcome, and their respective directors, for negligent or possibly fraudulent misstatement.

I have asked my broker this and should hopefully get an answer on Monday or so, but just in case someone already has the answer:
Do we need to ask our broker to issue us share certificates for our shares?
I presume most of us will have our shares in a nominee account so few others may have this question.
As a class action can take several years so I imagine share certificates are the only way to have proof you were a shareholder?
If we do need to do this is there an urgency with this or do we have time?
I appreciate this may be premature seeing as we haven't started anything but just in case....
